Pet Harnesses, Leads and Collars

Fuzzy Clan wants you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase.

With this in mind, our harnesses, leads, collars and bandanas and will only be replaced or exchanged, where there is damage.

To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and be accompanied by a receipt.

Sizing – Please make sure that you measure your pet prior to ordering a specified harness, bandana or collar, as they are designed to be well fitting and it’s important that you ensure your pets fall within the sizing parameters. If your order arrives and the sizing is incorrect, we will unfortunately not be able to exchange or accept the return of the product.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If return is accepted, an in store credit coupon will be issued to cater for your replacement pair.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
